Provisional bookings should be made either verbally or by email after availability has been checked. A provisional booking will be held for 14 days. After which, a deposit of either £100, if you require less than 100 covers, or 25% of the estimated quotation if you require more than 100 covers, is required to confirm the booking. Payment of deposits should be made by cheque or cash and are non-refundable . Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking contract and receipt of payment. At least 2 months prior to your booking date, a consultation is required in order to clarify your specific requirements and arrange them in good time. This can either take the form of a meeting or simply a telephone call/email if you prefer.
A retainer deposit of £100 to cover any potential damages should be made with final payment 14 days prior to your booking date. The retainer deposit is fully refundable on return of the covers in a satisfactory condition. (It is the responsibility of The Chair Cover Company NI to both deliver and collect the chair covers from your chosen venue.) Final payment should be made by cheque or cash.
