1. All chair covers
and sashes remain the property of The Chair Cover Company NI. 2. The Hirer is responsible for and loss or damage to covers and sashes whist on loan up until their satisfactory return. 3. A non returnable deposit of either £100 if you require 100 or less covers, or a 25% fee of the order value if you require more than 100 covers, must be made at the time of booking and returned with a signed booking form which includes our terms and conditions. Written confirmation will be supplied for all accepted bookings. 4. Provisional bookings should be made either verbally or by email after availability has been checked. A provisional booking will be held for 14 days, after which, a deposit of either £100 if you require 100 or less covers, or a 25% fee of the order value if you require more than 100, is required to confirm the booking. Payment of deposits should be made by cheque or cash and are non-refundable. 5. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a written receipt payment and a booking contract including terms and conditions as specified here. 6. At least 2 months prior to your booking date, a consultation is required in order to clarify your specific requirements and arrange them in good time. This can either take the form of a meeting or simply a telephone call/email if you prefer. 7. A retainer deposit of £100 to cover any potential damages should be made with final payment 14 days prior to your booking date. The retainer deposit is fully refundable on return of the covers in a satisfactory condition. (It is the responsibility of The Chair Cover Company NI to both deliver and collect the chair covers from your chosen venue.) Final payment should be made by cheque or cash. 8. A charge of £10.00 will be made for each unreturned chair cover or each chair cover which is returned in an unusable condition. This fee covers the replacement cost. Reasonable soiling which is removed through laundering will not incur charges. 9. A charge of £2.00 will be made for each unreturned chair sash or each chair sash which is returned in an unusable condition. This fee covers the replacement cost. Reasonable soiling which is removed through laundering will not incur charges. 10. The owners will not be held responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained from articles hired. 11. No charges for delivery or collection will be made within a 30 mile radius of Belfast. 12. For orders of 30 or less outside a 30 mile radius of Belfast, a supplementary delivery fee of £50.00 is required. Outside this radius, a delivery and collection fee of £50.00 will be incurred. These costs will be fully detailed in our comprehensive quote. 13. Orders for non-standard items should be placed at least 3 months in advance to guarantee availability. 14. Covers will be made available for hire throughout Northern Ireland. |
